We offer Western and English horseback riding lessons for all ages.
Whether your goal is to enjoy horses on the trail or in any arena or performance discipline, the foundation of skills and habits laid down early will be the platform from which you launch your dreams. Our natural horseback riding lessons emphasize proper horse handling from the stall to the arena or trail and will teach you to ride and interact with your horse in a way that emphasizes safety and partnership building for both you and your horse.
Learn to communicate your cues to a willing partner without pain, fear or intimidation. And, when you’ve learned your safety and proficiency in the safety of our large indoor arenas, horseback riding lessons can move to the hundreds of acres of trails accessible directly from the barn.
Start in private lessons, then move to a semi-private or group setting with riders of similar experience levels and goals. Tell us your goals and we will work together at your individual pace to meet them. Safety is far and away our number one priority here at The JBIT Ranch, but FUN is a very close second.
Lesson Rates and Scheduling
Lessons are scheduled in minimum one-month blocks reserving your selected day/time for one or two hours each week month to month. Lesson rates begin at $60/hour. Advance payment and scheduling are required. Please email us to reserve your selected month and arrange for advance payment.
